Aprašymas

Purpose:
Revitaliser for the protection and restoration of industrial hydraulic systems. It forms a metal-ceramic coating that reduces friction, prevents wear and prolongs equipment life.

Impact:

Restores the geometry of parts and protects them from wear.
Increases the efficiency of the hydrosystem.
Reduces losses in hydraulic distributors.
Reduces hydrodynamic resistance.
Increases operating pressure and efficiency.
Extends the lifetime of the hydrosystem by up to 2.5 times.

Methodology of use:
Revitalisation is carried out in 5 phases:

In the first step, 1 vial of revitaliser (40-60% total volume) is added to the system.
The hydrosystem operates for up to 100 hours under normal conditions.
In the following steps, the remaining revitaliser is added in a similar manner. 

The whole procedure is completed after 500 hours of work from the start of the first phase.

Important!
Suitable for all existing hydraulic systems. Not suitable for completely worn, mechanically damaged or leaking systems.
