The revitaliser gel is designed for anti-wear and rebuild repair of gearboxes, bearings and gear reducers without dismantling them. Thanks to 20%* a higher concentration of the active ingredient provides better wear protection and a higher rebuilding effect. *Comparison with Xado revitaliser for gearboxes and gear reducers. Forms a metal ceramic layer on the rubbing surfaces of gears, rollers, bearings, synchronisers (restores the geometry of the engine parts). The renewed unit outperforms the new one and is guaranteed to last 2-4 times longer. Revitaliser Universal is suitable for use in manual, robotic, sequential (Direct Shift) gearboxes and reduction gears. ATTENTION! Not recommended for use in DSG type robotic gearboxes with double wet clutches. For this type of gearbox, Gel Revitaliser EX120 is recommended for automatic gearboxes. The revitalisation process is marked by a reduction in the noise of the mechanism from the first kilometres of use. If the improvement in the performance of the mechanism has stopped at some point, this indicates severe wear - then the recommended dosage should be doubled. If after 100-200km the performance of the mechanism does not improve, it is likely that the diagnosis has been incorrect. Revitaliser is suitable for use with all types of oils for manual gearboxes. A protective metal-ceramic layer will form on any treated mechanism, but if the mechanism is in critical condition (100% wear) it is necessary to replace the damaged parts.
