Removal of combustion deposits (coke) from piston rings Fast-acting agent for removing combustion deposits (coke) from piston rings in petrol and diesel engines removes all dross and tarry contaminants from the cylinder-piston cluster surfaces without the need to change the engine oil after application. Step 1: Warm up the engine. The engine should be warm but not hot. Step 2: Remove spark plugs. Disconnect the ignition timing sensor, Cholo sensor or switch. Step 3: Squeeze the contents of 1 tube into each cylinder in turn. Screw the spark plugs back in. Wait 10-20 minutes. Unscrew the candles. Cover the candle openings with an absorbent cloth to prevent any dirt from escaping onto the paint. Run the engine with the starter for a few seconds. Step 4: Replace the spark plugs. Step 5: Start the engine and allow the crankshaft to run at high speed for up to 15 minutes. During this time the melted coke residue will be removed through the exhaust system. Dosage: 1 tube - 1 cylinder. Notes: Avoid contact with varnish and paint coatings; safe for catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, technical rubber products and sealants. Can be used for flushing the engine oil system: Squeeze the product into the oil filler opening of a warmed up engine oil, using 40 ml of the product per 3-5 litres of oil. Allow the engine to idle for 10-15 minutes. Replace the oil and oil filter. Benefit: Restores ring slip. Reduces oil consumption. Removes all types of contaminants (dross, coke, varnish, tar) from cylinders and pistons, combustion chamber, valves. Aligns cylinder compression. Reduces engine noise. Removes deposits from spark plugs. Reduces the level of harmful gases emitted into the atmosphere. Packing: 320ml XA 40011 10ml XB 40151
