Aprašymas
This unique system completely removes air leakage from the damaged area of the glass and fills it with a special compound that bonds it to the glass. The adhesive hardens when exposed to sunlight. In the final version, this compound becomes completely transparent, making the repaired area invisible.
Set includes:
1. Pedestal
2. Syringe and pin
3. Pre-packaged adhesives
4. Sealing tape
5. Hardening strip
6. Knife
Usage:
1. Thoroughly clean the damaged glass. Carefully scrape away any glass splinters and other particles using wet cloth or paper.
2. Remove the protective film from one side of the sticker and apply it to the desired location on the glass, so that it matches the glass break. The tab should be facing upwards.
3. Remove the protective film from the top of the sticker.
4. Press the pedestal against the previously applied sticker so that the outlines of the two stickers are aligned to make sure that they are firmly stuck.
5. Open the adhesive pack. Slowly grip the tube and squeeze out some of the glue. Wipe off the excess glue from the top with the material and leave the glue pack until step 11.
6. Connect the syringe to the pedestal. Make sure the syringe is fully depressed (no air in the syringe). Press the syringe firmly. Make sure that the syringe and the pedestal are held firmly.
7. Hold the syringe with one hand and pull lightly to remove bubbles from the glue. Leave the syringe in this position for 10 minutes as shown in the picture at the second notch.
8. Pull the pin out of the syringe to allow air in and reinsert the pin back in.
9. While holding the syringe with one hand, slide the syringe stem against the first incision edge to build up pressure, secure in position as shown in Figure 9 and leave for 20 minutes.
10. Carefully remove the pedestal and the adhesive residue from the glass using a knife as shown in Figure 10.
11. Place the curing tape on the damaged area and apply a drop of adhesive, and turn over sharply and apply to the damaged area. As shown in the picture.
12. Carefully push out any air bubbles from under the strip using a knife. The adhesive starts to set when exposed to sunlight passing through the strip. Park the car in direct sunlight for 15 minutes and on a cloudy day the adhesive will take one hour to set. Once the adhesive has set, remove the curing tape and any remaining adhesive with a knife.
