Product description:
A compound that rebuilds and restores petrol internal combustion engines by creating a protective metal ceramic film on metal surfaces. The thickness of the film depends on how badly the engine is worn and the extent of wear on the engine components. Worn parts are restored to their factory parameters. The application of this product results in increased engine compression and the oil pressure is restored to the factory level. The metal ceramic film has an extremely high wear resistance, making the engine much longer lasting and the parts more resistant to wear. This increases the longevity of the engine by several times. RVS blends do not need to be used at every oil change.
Rebuilding of RVS Master Ga3, Ga4, Ga6 petrol engines and parts. The numbers next to Ga3, Ga4, Ga6 indicate the amount of lubricant in the engine according to the manufacturer. E.g. Ga4 for up to 4 litres of engine oil; Ga6 for up to 6 litres of crankcase oil etc. RMS mixtures do not need to be used at every oil change as they are not a lubricant additive.
"The RVS Master gives the engine four effects:

Fuel consumption is reduced by 5-15%;
CO/HC emissions are reduced by 50-70%;
Increased engine power;
Increased compression in the cylinders.

Before using the RVS-master, we recommend flushing the engine with the RVS-master product engine flusher Mf5 (especially for diesel engines).
Instructions for use:
1. First engine treatment:
The engine is warmed up to operating temperature. Select the RVS-master product package for the engine and remove the bottle. The composition of the bottle shall be at room temperature and shaken well (20-30 seconds). Pour the contents of the bottle into the engine and start it immediately. Allow the engine to idle for 15 minutes. Then switch off the engine for 1-2 minutes. Immediately after starting, run the car for 30-40 km without switching off the engine, avoiding heavy loads. After 30-40 km it is allowed to switch off the engine. After 400-500 km (no matter what the period, whether a day, two days or a week, the sooner the better, but avoiding sudden engine overloads), a second treatment is immediately carried out.At least two packs are required.
2. Second engine treatment:
The second engine treatment is carried out after 400-500 km (8-10 mph for tractors), in the same way as the first treatment, in the same lubricant. The parameters of the worn engine are fully restored after 1500-2000 km (or 20-50 moto/hr) after the last application of the RVS-master product. It is recommended to carry out an engine diagnostic after treatment to adjust the changed parameters.
3. A third use of the RVS-master may be necessary if the engine is found to be quite worn.
Additional instructions for SKANIA, RENAULT, KAMAZ, MAZ, MTZ and other vehicles with engines that are cleaned by centrifuge.
Engine treatment with RVS-master products is only carried out after flushing the engine with RVS-master Mf-5 and replacing the old lubricant and cleaning the centrifuge cleanly.
The first treatment is as follows:

Choose the RVS-master product packaging according to the amount of lubricant in the engine by factory/manufacturer.
Only fill the engine with new lubricant up to the lower limit of the dipstick.
Take an additional 3-5 litres of warm ointment and pour it into the bottle from the pack, after shaking it well.
Shake the lubricant thoroughly and pour it into the warm engine.
After starting the engine, idling is allowed for 15 minutes. Switch off for 1-2 min.
Immediately after starting to run for 30-40 km. using the 80% for its power.
After 400-500 km or more (8-10 moto/hr), a second treatment is carried out, similar to the first treatment, but with the centrifuge cleaned and shut down or replaced.
The centrifuge is started after 400-500km or 3-4 motos/hour.
No need to change the lubricant. Top up to the normal level if there is a shortage.

Changes and signs of engine operation may occur during processing:

After filling the engine with MF5 flusher, the oil pressure light may come on or start flashing after a while. Conclusion: the oil filter is clogged. Change the oil and the oil filter immediately and start the first treatment of the engine with RVS-master products.
Engine power may decrease. Conclusion: it's nothing bad, it's temporary. It will rise with further treatments.
If there is a significant increase in lubricant consumption and smoke emissions after the first or second treatment. Conclusion: the engine has a history of overheating and fried oil rings. The oil rings will need to be replaced after full treatment.

Properties of the protective layer of metal ceramics:

Absolute adhesion to metals at the molecular level, which prevents surface delamination;
Uniform coefficient of linear thermal expansion relative to the metals on which it is formed, so it does not break or delaminate on heating and does not delaminate on heating and cooling;
Impact resistance up to 50 kg/mm2;
Coefficient of friction - 0.003-0.007!;
Resistant to oxidation and corrosion (chemically inert);
Fire-resistant (decomposition temperature approx. 1700 degrees) to protect surfaces from hydrogen embrittlement;
Protects against electrochemical corrosion (dielectric)

Safety and storage instructions:

Store below +400 C;
In case of contact with skin, wash with warm water and soap;
Irritation may occur if contact with eyes - rinse with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention;
In case of contact with the gastrointestinal tract, rinse mouth and seek medical attention. Do not induce nausea;
Keep out of the reach of children.
