RVS Master Di4, Di6, Di12, Di25, Di35, Tractor for worn diesel engines, RVS Master Ga3, Ga4, Ga6 rebuilding petrol engines and their components. The numbers next to Di 4, 6, 12, 25, 35 and Traktor 35 indicate the amount of oil in the engine according to the manufacturer. For example: Di4 for engines up to 4 litres; Di6 up to 6 litres of oil in the sump, etc. Correspondingly Ga3 up to 3 litres, Ga4 up to 4 litres, Ga6 up to 6 litres. RMS blends do not need to be used at every oil change as they are not an additive to the oil. "The RVS Master gives the engine four effects:

• Fuel consumption is reduced by 5-15%;
• CO/HC emissions are reduced by 50-70%;
• Increased engine power;
• Increased compression in the cylinders.

Before use RVS-master, we recommend flushing the engine with RVS-master Mf-5 production engine flusher (especially for diesel engines this is essential). Engine flushing: The Mf-5 bottle contains the same material as the main packs, as well as rubber softeners. If the inside of the engine is reasonably clean, the flusher starts to rebuild it. Shake the mixture in the MF-5 bottle ( 20-30 seconds) to remove any residue and pour it into the crankcase of a warm engine. Immediately after starting, drive as normal for 40-50 km, then allow the engine to be switched off (more is possible). In total, the a/m shall be operated for a further 200-300 km without changing the oil, up to a maximum of 500 km. Then change the oil and oil filter. After flushing the engine with Mf-5, select RVS-master packaging according to the type of engine (carburettor or diesel) and the amount of crankcase lubricant specified by the manufacturer. Two packages are required for a complete engine rebuild. For an engine with a mileage of up to 50 000 km, one pack is sufficient. The parameters of a worn engine, after a complete and correct treatment, are restored to the factory values and remain unchanged over 100 000 km. Attention: If the engine has been overheated, run without oil, or has technical faults such as a burnt valve, a broken ring, a pronounced crankshaft vibration, or broken deposits or camshaft bushes, RVS-master the use of the product is not recommended. Instructions for use: 1. First engine treatment: The engine is warmed up to operating temperature. Select the engine for that engine RVS-master the packaging of the product and the vial removed from it. The vial composition must be at room temperature and shaken well (20-30 seconds). Pour the contents of the bottle into the engine and start it immediately. Allow the engine to idle for 15 minutes. Then switch off the engine for 1-2 minutes. Immediately after starting, run the car for 30-40 km without switching off the engine, avoiding heavy loads. After 30-40 km it is allowed to switch off the engine. After 400-500 km (no matter what the period, whether a day, two days or a week, the sooner the better, but avoiding sudden overloading of the engine), a second treatment is carried out immediately.A minimum of two packages is required. 2. Second engine treatment: The second engine treatment is carried out after 400-500 km (8-10 mph for tractors), in the same way as the first treatment, in the same lubricant. The parameters of the worn engine are fully restored after 1500-2000 km (or 20-50 moto/hr) after the last application of the RVS-master product. It is recommended to carry out an engine diagnostic after treatment to adjust the changed parameters. 3. A third use of the RVS-master may be necessary if the engine is found to be quite worn.

Additional instructions for SKANIA, RENAULT, KAMAZ, MAZ, MTZ and other vehicles, whose engines are cleaned by means of a centrifuge

Engine treatment RVS-master output is carried out only after flushing the engine with RVS-master Mf-5 and after replacing the old lubricant and cleaning the centrifuge.

The first treatment is as follows: Optional RVS-master the packaging of the output according to the amount of lubricant in the engine by factory/manufacturer. The engine shall be filled with new lubricant only up to the lower limit of the lubricant dipstick. Take an additional 3-5 litres of warm lubricant and fill the bottle from the pack after shaking it well. Shake the lubricant thoroughly and pour it into the warm engine. After starting the engine, allow to idle for 15 minutes. Stop the engine for 1-2 minutes. Immediately after starting, operate for 30-40 km using 80% at its power. After 400-500 km. or after (8-10 moto/hr) a second treatment is carried out, similar to the first treatment, but with the centrifuge cleaned and stopped or replaced. The stopped centrifuge is restarted after 400-500 km or 3-4 moto/hr. No oil change is required. If there is a shortage, top up to normal.

Changes and signs of engine operation may occur during processing:

1. Flushing the engine with a flusher MF-5the oil pressure light may come on or start flashing after a while. Conclusion: the oil filter is clogged. Change the oil and oil filter immediately and start the first engine treatment RVS-master production. 2. Engine power may drop. ISwada: There's nothing wrong with that, it's temporary. It will go up during further processing. 3. If after the first or second treatment there is a significant increase in lubricant consumption and smoke emissions. Conclusion: the engine has a history of overheating and fried oil rings. The oil rings will need to be replaced after full treatment.

Safety and storage instructions:

Store below +400 C; In case of contact with skin, wash with warm water and soap; In case of contact with eyes, irritation may occur - rinse with water.
