G-Box GL-4/GL-5 75W-90 205L
It is an exceptional high performance gear oil for heavy-duty mechanical gearboxes and rear drive axles, where the oil is subject to increased durability and a wide temperature range, as well as extreme pressure and shock loads. The oil has a carefully balanced formulation that minimises oxidative sludge and varnish formation, reduces wear, prevents pitting and protects metal surfaces against impact loads. The fully synthetic formulation ensures oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures and provides improved low temperature properties compared to the same type of mineral base oil-based gear oils. This extends oil change intervals and provides better performance over a wide temperature range.
Uses:
- Cars, light and heavy trucks, buses and vans ;
- Bekele for industrial machinery: construction, mining and agricultural ;
- For transmissions and drive axles where high pressures are prevalent and where API GL-4, GL-5 or MT-1 requirements apply;
- Not suitable for use in automatic or semi-automatic gearboxes ;
- Not suitable for limited slip applications.
