A complex, highly effective tool for improving the low-temperature performance of diesel fuel. Antigel is a highly effective depressant. It is based on ethylene copolymers, vinyl ephyrs, acrylates, an ethylhexyl complex and a revitaliser, as well as other special components. The fuel contains a mixture of hydrocarbons and freezes at low temperatures to form gel-like clumps (clumped paraffin crystals). At low temperatures, the fuel becomes cloudy and thick. XADO anti-gel prevents the formation of paraffin crystals thanks to its effective depressor components, and also improves the flowability of the fuel at low temperatures and restores its clarity. The high-pressure fuel pump is the most important and costly component of the diesel engine fuel system. A precise pair of high-pressure fuel pump plungers lubricates the fuel, which is highly compressible. This pair is subject to continuous wear as the engine runs. Accidental moisture in the fuel can cause scratches, blocking the plunger pairs and leading to pump failure. The revitaliser in the XADO antigel protects the working surfaces and reduces the wear intensity of the plunger pores by a factor of 2 to 4; it prevents the risk of failure due to accidental ingress of dirt into the fuel and prevents the negative consequences of using poor quality fuel. The amount of revitaliser in the XADO antigel is sufficient to maintain the rubbing surfaces of the parts in an ideal condition. Use XADO Gel Revitaliser for fuel hardware for remedial repairs. Use: Add the anti-gel to clear (not cloudy!) fuel at a ratio of 1 ml anti-gel - 1 l fuel. No additional mixing is required.
