XADO Compressor Oil 100 is universally used for all types of compressors: rotary (including oil-filled rotary), screw. For single and multi-stage reciprocating compressors; can be used in vacuum pumps.Contains an atomic revitaliser. Compensates for the existing performance of compressor units and maintains them in excellent condition. Increases the performance of reciprocating compressors up to 15 %. Increases compressor resources by a factor of two or three. Reduces compressor drive energy consumption by up to 12%. Protects compressor parts from aggressive environments. Reduces oil consumption for lubrication of the cylinder and piston group of cross machines Ensures perfect fit of parts both during the break-in process of new compressors and after overhaul. Application: It is used for lubrication and sealing of low, medium and high pressure (0,15 ... 50 MPa) compressor units that compress air or oil-insoluble gases. Thanks to a synthetic polyalphaolefin base and a complex of effective additives, it ensures an extension of oil change intervals by up to 4 times and a reduction of oil consumption by a factor of 3! Due to extremely low evaporation, the risk of thickening and sedimentation is reduced. It has excellent cooling and sealing properties and demulsifies water quickly.
