An innovative new generation three-component product that combines the benefits of a two-phase complex metal conditioner and a third generation Revitalisant. It is specifically designed for a wide range of heavy-duty engines used in agriculture, mining, construction, shipping, cement production, power generation, etc.
Engines operating in harsh environments face many challenges that can affect their durability and performance. The use of a metal conditioner in such cases helps to significantly improve the condition of the engine and ensure its stable operation. Here are some of the reasons why it is advisable:

Protection under frequent and sudden load changes: metal conditioning helps reduce friction and heat by providing additional protection for parts that are subject to constant load changes.

Improved heat dissipation and engine stability: Intense operating conditions are often accompanied by higher temperatures, which can lead to overheating and loss of lubricity. Metal conditioning improves heat dissipation and keeps the engine stable even at high temperatures.

Fuel savings in heavy-duty use: by reducing friction between engine parts, metal conditioning helps reduce drag and fuel consumption.

Increased engine reliability: metal conditioning reduces the likelihood of micro-damage and cracks in engine parts that can occur under high loads.

XADO Heavy Duty forms a unique highly resistant protective metal ceramic coating on the surfaces of engine parts, which not only restores the working surfaces, but also compensates for existing wear and tear in a short time, reducing wear and tear on engine parts, providing active protection against overloading and overheating.
The formation (regeneration) of the metal-ceramic coating occurs within 50-70 working hours. During this period, oil changes are not desirable.
Suitable for use with any type of standard engine oil. Does not change the physical and viscous properties of engine oil.
Usage:

The temperature of the product before use must be at least +25 °C.
The temperature of the warmed engine oil must be at least 70 °C.
Shake the bottle. Pour the contents into the engine oil filler opening when the engine oil has warmed up to operating temperature. Start the engine and allow it to idle for 3-5 minutes.
Continue using the vehicle in normal mode.

Notes:

1 bottle (500 ml) for engines with an oil system volume of up to 25 litres.
The oil level after filling must not exceed the maximum mark on the dipstick.
Avoid overdose! XADO Maximum Heavy Duty is intended for single use, so for best performance, it is not recommended for use in engines with a lubrication system capacity of up to 10 litres.

WARNING! The product is not intended for use in internal combustion engines with special cylinder strengthening coatings (Alusil, Lokasil, Nikasil, Galnikal), due to the lack of the material needed to form a stable metal ceramic layer.

WARNING! Strictly not recommended for use in cars and light vehicles due to the different concentration of components compared to other metal air conditioners (e.g. XADO Maximum). This can lead to engine malfunction and a significant reduction in engine life.
Metal Conditioner with Revitalisant works effectively on petrol, gas (LPG) and diesel engines in vehicles with an oil system capacity of up to 25 l.
