Our e-shop specialises in engine oils sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and their official dealers. We guarantee that all the oils we offer meet the highest quality standards and meet the manufacturer's specifications.

Return of goods

If you have bought a product that does not meet your expectations or is of poor quality, you have the right to return or exchange it. Returns are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and our rules.To return an item, please contact our customer service team.

Return conditions

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

• The goods must be in their original, unblemished packaging (this does not apply if you are returning a faulty product).
• The goods must be unused and in good condition (no damaged labels, no peeling, etc.) (this does not apply to low-quality goods).
• The returned product must be in the same condition as when received.
• You must provide proof of purchase when returning the product.
• The Seller reserves the right not to accept returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedures set out in these Rules.

Refund of money

The money for the returned item will be credited to the payer's bank account within 14 working days after the return procedure has been completed.If you have any questions or would like to return an item, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.This policy ensures that our customers receive only the highest quality products and have a convenient return process.
